We are thrilled to announce that Charlie Hay has joined us as our new Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Charlie’s appointment represents a significant investment and commitment to continuing our growth and development. Charlie brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team and we are hugely excited for the role he will play in the groups future.

Our journey has been so exciting and we know that growth brings new challenges. So with that, we recognise in order to improve, we need to bring in new expertise. With over a decade of experience, Charlie brings with him a wealth of knowledge that will be key in shaping the future of In2Group.
We are confident that Charlies insights will help us elevate the work we do and the children and parents we serve. We are not perfect but we always try our best to make a positive impact on our local community by promoting an active and healthy lifestyle.
In the coming months, all our partners will have the opportunity to meet Charlie as he spends time understanding our businesses inside out and meeting our team on the ground.
Charlie’s role will focus on business growth – ensuring our long-term success along with managing the day to day running of all 3 organisation, guiding our Head Office Team as we continue to evolve. He will also be working closely on company culture, leading our recruitment process to attract the best candidates to join our ever growing team.
