We recommend suitable clothing according to our unpredictable English Weather; on any given day this should include sun cream, sun hat, waterproofs or warmer clothing. Please ensure all items are clearly labelled.
You can pay for our Holiday Clubs with Childcare Vouchers or Tax Free Childcare. We are unable to accept payment in this form for our 1 hour activity After School Sports Clubs.
We accept all types of childcare vouchers and tax free childcare. This can be full or part payment towards a booking. The childcare voucher company you use will depend on which one your employer is registered with. Please speak to them to find out which voucher company you use. No reference required – just search for ‘In2Sport’ or our partner company ‘In2Care’.
For tax Free Childcare – Please ensure In2Sport or In2Care is in the title of the School name. If you are unable to find your school, use any school listed under our company as it does come through to the same account. If it is not on our list then please contact dave@in-2-sport.co.uk so we can register ourselves with them. Most childcare voucher companies provide parent access to pay online via their website.
For holiday camps, you have to give 48 hours’ notice to change your booking to another day. For After School clubs, if your child is going to absent or can’t attend, no refund or credit will be given. If your child has an accident which stops them from attending for the remainder of the term, we will of course give a credit note to be used next term.
You may cancel holiday club sessions up to 48hrs before the start of the camp by logging into your account – our parents have full control over their accounts. For After School Clubs, once you have signed up for the term you cannot cancel. In some circumstances, due to an injury, we do allow this so please contact the office to discuss further on 01344 609934.

All of our staff hold DBS certificates and are first aid trained. All our staff have a minimum Level 2 NGB qualification in a specific sport.
